Before each use of your outboard:
1. Check that the emergency stop pull rope switch can stop the engine and shut it down.

2. Check the fuel system for aging, deterioration or oil leakage; 2. Check the fuel system for aging, deterioration or oil leakage;

3. Check whether the outboard motor is reliably fixed on the deck of the boat;

4. Check whether the camel operating system is tangled and whether the parts are loose;

5. Check whether the fasteners of the fork linkage lever are reliable.

6) Check the propeller blades for damage.

After each use:

1. Driving in saline or domestic sewage, clean the refrigeration system of the outboard motor.

2. If driving in saline, please wash off all the salt, and clean the exhaust pipe on the propeller and gear box in clean water.

Every 100 hours of operation or once a year:

1. Lubricate all lubrication points; if operating in salt water, the frequency of lubrication should be increased;

2. Check and clean the spark plug;

3. Check whether there is dust and impurities in the engine fuel filter;

4. Replace the water separation fuel filter;

5. Check the damage of the anode; if it is running in salt water, the inspection frequency should be increased;

6. Drain some lubricant in the gearbox and use new lubricant; lubricate the drive shaft spline;

7. Check the power tilt working fluid;

8. Check the battery;

9. Adjust the carburetor;

10. Check the timing setting of the engine; 10) Check the timing setting of the engine;

11. Check the adjustment of the control cable;

12. Use a strong engine cleaner to remove dirt from the engine;

13. Detect the specific tightening conditions of anchor bolts, nuts and other reinforcements;

14. Replace the impeller of the water pump (if it is overheated or the water pressure is not enough, it should be replaced as soon as possible).
